​Welcome to Stage Door Dance Studio



​Stage Door Dance offers a complete program for the young dancer. 

 

Stage Door Dance was founded by Yvonne Lovell in 1980. Jenna Shields is the Artistic Director and trained under Miss Yvonne Lovell for 18 years. Jenna has studied in all styles of dance and regularly attends teaching workshops and conventions to keep updated on the ever-changing dance world. Our founder Yvonne Lovell won Best Tapper in Great Britain at age twelve. She also trained there under the Royal Academy of Ballet and performed on television. Stage Door Dance specializes in technical training and dancer preparation as a performance school. Our students have performed in National Tap Dance Day, The Texas State Fair, Six Flags, parades & other local performances.
